Application
YGL-130 drilling rig comes with a fully hydraulic power head (top drive) and crawler traveling mechanism. It is mainly applied in the drilling of anchoring holes for high rise buildings' deep basement foundation, drainage holes and large tonnage pre-stressed anchorage holes for various geotechnical engineering projects including side slope construction of dams, railway and highway, etc., guide holes for high pressure jet grouting in gravel strata, and blast holes. Also, the multifunctional drilling rig is used for creating of anti-floating anchoring hole, the foundational reinforcing hole of interior architecture, the grouting reinforcing hole, the reinforcing hole of road or dam foundation and the anchoring hole for landslide prevention projects.

Features
1. With large rotary torque and long feed travel, the hydraulic drilling rig comes with high hole drilling speed and high working efficiency.
2. The output spindle of the power head is designed with an extension mechanism (Chinese patent number: ZL03222451.6), which effectively protects the drilling tools.
3. The power head of the hydraulic crawler drilling rig utilizes hydraulic gear-shifting mechanism which ensures quick, convenient and reliable gear-shift.
4. Features such as our hydraulic drill pipe clamp and wrench devices ease the workload of operators, as they are designed to accomplish tasks that typically had to be done manually.
5. The hydraulic crawler drilling rig is mounted on a track chassis with a turning platform mechanism, which makes moving and traveling convenient.
6. The key hydraulic elements are all acquired from national and international famous enterprises. This ensures the reliable performance and durability of the drilling equipment.
7. The machine is suitable for a variety of drilling technique and methods, such as the rotary drill, auger drill, air drive DTH hammer impact and so on.
