Application
YGL-100R drilling rig is equipped with fully hydraulic power head. It is mainly applied for the drilling of geothermal hole for GSHP system. It is also used for creating of drainage hole and large tonnage prestressed anchorage hole for various geotechnical engineering projects including side slope construction of dams, highways, and railways, etc., guide holes for high pressure jet grouting in gravel layer, and blast hole, etc.
Additionally, the hydraulic crawler geothermal drilling rig is ideal for making anchoring holes for high rise buildings' deep basement foundation, anti-floating anchoring holes, foundational reinforcing hole of interior architecture, the grouting reinforcing hole, the reinforcing hole of road or dam foundation, and the anchoring hole for landslide prevention projects.

1. With large rotary torque and long feed travel, the hydraulic crawler geothermal drilling rig comes with high hole drilling speed and high working efficiency.
2. The output spindle of the power head is designed with an extension mechanism (Chinese patent number: ZL03222451.6), which effectively protects the drilling tools.
3. The power head of the drilling rig utilizes hydraulic gear-shifting mechanism which ensures quick, convenient and reliable gear-shift.
4. Features such as our hydraulic drill pipe clamp and wrench devices ease the workload of operators, as they are designed to accomplish tasks that typically had to be done manually.
